Thinking Philosophically
Balancing a dedicated orthodontic career with a full family life can be a trial. In this section we have highlighted a shortened version (Cliff Notes, if you will) of some very profound approaches to life balance. The appropriate philosophy allows the science and the art of the practice to thrive. At the end, please find some business dissertations and last but not least, a little bit of orthodontic humor. Dr. Steve Tracey On Leadership
â„¢Dr. Steven Tracey. All rights preserved

On September 24, 1999 Dr. Steve Tracey
gave an incredible presentation to doctors, staff and friends on the subject
of leadership. For nearly two hours he and his audience laughed and cried together. When he finished he was
blessed with a standing ovation. It was a truly inspirational presentation. Drs. Hilgers and Tracey taught their "Adventures in Orthodontics" seminar together for many years. Unfortunately
Steve was never able to publish this
presentation as he passed away in
2016. We decided to share this with you
in the memory of this incomparable
orthodontist and motivational genius.
